· Must have a good attitude and willingness to be an effective team member.
· Must be in good health, be able to lift 40 lbs., and work at tables 36” high.
· Must maintain a “food handlers card” Health Department/State of Michigan, Department of Education required.
· Must have a good attendance record.
· Must practice appropriate safety and sanitation.
· Prepare and restock of items for the day’s menu as assigned.
· Responsible for maintaining necessary records.
· Responsible for storing food properly, clean up of area/kitchen and dishes.
· Must have good communication skills. Will need to communicate with Food Service Director daily.
· Must be able to assist in all areas of food preparation. “Team Work”
- Must maintain Serve Safe or comparable course.
